📦 Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your payment is confirmed. During high-volume drops, please allow a little extra time for handling.

Once shipped, you'll receive an email confirmation with tracking info.

🔁 Multiple Items

⚠️ Address Issues & Lost Packages

• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping info or incomplete addresses.
• If a package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with your local courier before reaching out.
• If a package is lost in transit and tracking hasn’t updated after 20 days, we’ll review the case and help find a solution.

🔁 Return & Refund Policy

At Sinsity Co, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

📦 Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging intact.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
• Items marked Final Sale or part of a promotional bundle may not be eligible for return.

To start a return, please email us at support@sinsityco.com with your order number and the reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your item.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
